Independent research reveals that just a small percentage of financial advisers – only 5% – publish their fees online (Yardstick Agency). We’ve made the conscious decision to be part of this group to demonstrate our commitment to openness. This transparency is something that both our new and existing clients truly value, and it reflects the clarity we strive to bring to their financial planning. Stage 1 – Discovery Meeting
Your first meeting with us is completely free of charge. It’s a chance for us to get to know one another, for you to ask any questions, and to gain a clear understanding of the services we offer. More importantly, it helps us understand what matters most to you, so we can explore how we might support you in achieving your financial goals.
Following our meeting, if you decide to move forward, we’ll confirm everything in writing via an engagement letter, including the fees that would apply. You’ll also be able to choose how to pay either directly from your bank account or, where applicable, from the plans we’re reviewing or recommending.
Stage 2 - Creating Your Financial Plan and INVESTMENT STRATEGY
We charge a fixed fee based on the complexity of your situation, reflecting the time and effort required to research, prepare, and deliver our recommendations. This approach enables us to provide advice which you can be sure is not influenced by any bias. We will work closely with you to understand your current and future objectives, assess your attitude to risk, and determine your capacity for loss.
Your financial plan will provide a clear view of your current situation and our recommendations to help you achieve your goals. It will include a thorough review of your existing arrangements using advanced tools such as cashflow modelling and stress-testing, to show how different scenarios could impact your finances, giving you confidence and clarity. Your plan may include various recommendations, such as adjustments to your existing arrangements or setting up new financial plans. For any new investments and pensions we arrange, including transfers or reinvestments, a 1.00% charge applies.
We are committed to recommending changes only when there is a clear and demonstrable benefit to you after accounting for all associated costs. Furthermore, we apply maximum limits to our investment charge to ensure our fees remain proportionate to the level of work involved.
Low Complexity
£1,750 Fixed + 1.00% implementation fee (capped at £1,500)
For clients with core financial needs, typically involving fewer than three pensions or investments or a lump sum to invest, seeking a clear and actionable review to ensure they are on track to meet their goals.
Medium Complexity
£2,500 Fixed + 1.00% implementation fee (capped at £2,500)
For clients with more complex financial arrangements or immediate planning
needs, often involving multiple plans and requiring tailored advice for specific goals such as generating retirement income or inheritance tax planning
High Complexity
£3,500 Fixed + 1.00% implementation fee (capped at £3,500)
For clients with complex financial structures and tax positions, requiring specialist, interconnected advice across pensions, investments, trusts, and estate planning to maximise all available allowances.

For investments over £1,000,000, we offer bespoke terms.
Our Fees may vary depending on your needs and the complexity of your situation, and in some cases, charges may be adjusted for clients with multiple planning requirements. All costs will be clearly outlined in writing before proceeding, and our fees are regularly reviewed and may change. We may also offer discounted terms based on our ongoing relationship, the scale of assets managed, or family investment links.
Stage 3 - Ongoing Review Service
We are committed to supporting you throughout your financial journey. Our services don’t stop after your financial plan is in place – we offer regular reviews and ongoing support to ensure your financial strategy stays on track and adapts to any changes in your life. It’s important to review your financial plan regularly, as life events, changes in the market, and your personal circumstances may impact your financial strategy.
We understand that your financial needs evolve over time, which is why we proactively assess your financial situation at regular intervals and update your financial plan. Whether it’s reviewing the performance of your investments or offering advice on tax efficiency, we are here to guide you every step of the way. We also handle all interactions with third-party professionals and providers, taking the burden off your shoulders.
Our annual fee is 0.75% on the first £750,000 of your investments, reducing to 0.60% thereafter.

To fully benefit from our financial planning services, we require a minimum of £100,000 in assets under management or a clear path to reaching this level. This allows us to provide dedicated, ongoing support as your circumstances evolve.
Additional Services
For first-time investors or those starting regular contributions, we offer a targeted service for £500.00. This covers our whole-of-market research, setup, initial administration costs, and a targeted written report explaining the features of your new plan(s).
For individuals seeking mortgage advice, we charge a non-refundable fee of £295.00 for research and application. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances including if you decide not to proceed with the mortgage after we have made a recommendation. Additional fees may apply during the mortgage application process, particularly for complex cases where this is deemed necessary. You will be informed of any additional fees before we proceed with any work.
We do not charge a fee for arranging insurance policies, as we will normally receive commission from the policy provider (this will be disclosed before any application is submitted).
